How Do I Place an Online Order?You'll first need to register an account with Raymond's Trophy and Awards. You can do this by clicking here or on the "Log In" link in the top navigational header. Certain personal information is collected and stored in our database, please read the Usage and Privacy Policy before registering with us. Through your account you can interact with our store manager, shop our products, and manage all of your orders and personal information.

What if I Have a Question Regarding My Order?
When will My Order Be Assembled?
General turnaround time is 5-7 business days. Custom orders on specialty items can take up to 8 weeks.
May I Make Changes on My Order After it is Placed?
Most likely yes, as long as it is not custom. Custom is an item that is produced outside of our business. If an item needs to be added or subtracted in house that is not a problem. No matter if a mistake is made by the customer in spelling or grammar, we will work with you to get it fixed.
Engraving Questions?
The font choice and layout can be selected by us if you desire. However, if you would like you can send us a proof of what you want your item to look like. We will match the fonts as close as we can, but make no guarantees. Often times we can supply the customer with a proof via e-mail for approval before it is produced.
What is Your Processing Time?
Normal in house items 5-7 business days. Custom may take up to 8 weeks.
What Types of Figures & Emblems Do You Carry?
If you can think of it we can probably come up with it.
